We are looking for a CCAB / CIMA accountant, or AAT qualified accountant with a clear understanding of local authority procurement requirements, treasury management practices and VAT.
Key responsibilities will include:
Consideration will be given to candidates meeting some of the above criteria. Full training will be provided to develop the comprehensive skill requirements of this role.
You will have experience of leading a team.
You will have the drive and initiative to continually develop and improve the service we provide to our customers.
You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to interpret and explain financial matters to non-finance specialists, and the confidence to liaise with all levels of staff including senior management.
